Fresh from the Garden
Currently we have about 2 acres in vegetable production. We are not a certified organic farm, nor will we probably ever be. With that said, it is our personal promise to you to start with organic and/or heirloom/open pollinated vegetable seed and tend to those plantings in a way that is not harmful to ourselves, you, or the land that we care for.
We grow lettuces and specialty greens for an awesome spring mix, kale, chard, arugula, sorrel, leaf lettuces and romaine, asparagus, rhubarb, carrots, beets, onions (sweet, red and storage), potatoes (Yukon gold and red skin), leeks, tomatoes (cherry, paste, slicing, canning), corn, beans (green, yellow and purple), peppers (mild, hot, sweet and frying), summer squash, sunflowers, parsley, dill, cilantro, sage, thyme, oregano, mint, and basil.
Our vegetables are available at Farmer’s Market, at the farm by preorder during the regular growing season, and through our CSA program. Please let us know how we can best serve your family.
